Information you provide

We use your profile, job criteria, application answers, and connected service details to provide the features you request and show your application history.

Connected mail

When you connect a mailbox, it is used only for the enabled verification and recruiting-inbox features. You can remove the connection from your account. Full email bodies are processed only long enough to identify a code, verification link, or recruiting update and are not stored. We keep only the extracted result and the minimum sender, subject, time, and matching details needed to connect it to your application history.
